Coagulants           :  Price = 50%, Functionality = 40%, RDP Goals = 10%

Sealed bids must be addressed and marked with the relevant bid description and number as stated above to the Procurement Manager and be deposited into the Tender Box at the entrance of Vaalkop Water Treatment Chemicals.

The lowest or only tender will not necessary be accepted and Magalies Water reserves the right to accept any portion of any tender. The tenders will be adjudicated according to Magalies Water’s Procurement Policy based on the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, NO. 5 of 2000. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile, electronic or e-mailed and late tenders will not be accepted.
