Senior Project Engineer
The successful candidate will be based at the head office in Rustenburg and will be responsible for amongst others: Infrastructure performance assessment • water resource infrastructure planning ● coordination of design, construction, commissioning, modification, refurbishment, repair and maintenance activities of consulting engineers ● compilation of business plans, maintenance and capital budgets.
In order to be considered for appointment candidates must have: a BEng degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience in project management ● prior exposure to legal and commercial issues pertinent to project management ● experience in project costing ● sound problem solving & analytical skills ● valid driver’s license ● proficiency in MS Project ● professional registration with ECSA.
Experience in the water industry will be an advantage.
Project Coordinator
The candidate will be based at Head Office in Rustenburg and will be responsible for amongst others; Coordination of special projects/programmes • directing and coordinating the activities of staff to ensure implementation of projects • the overall coordination and supervision of projects • facilitation of judicious and timely actions for implementing projects and facilitating actions to meet commitments as per agreed timeframes • periodically and continuously assess the status of projects and present analytical reports • liaising with various stakeholders in the Water Sector.
Minimum qualifications include; BEng degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification • at least 8 years experience in a project management environment • prior exposure to legal and commercial issues pertinent to project management • experience in budgeting and project costing • professional registration with ECSA.
A post- graduate qualification and / experience in the water industry will be advantageous.
Financial Manager
To be based at the Head Office, Rustenburg. Primary functions of this post entail: debtors & revenue management • Creditors & expenditure management • General ledger management • Inventory management • Statutory returns • PFMA & financial procedures compliance.
In order to be considered for selection candidates must have at least a B.Com Honns degree or equivalent ● at least 3 years experience in a financial management capacity ● sound problem solving & analytical skills and be computer literate (Microsoft Office and Accounting software). Completed articles of clerkship will be an added advantage and a valid driver’s license is a pre-requisite.
