The Magalies Water bulk infrastructure master plan is purposefully designed to alleviate water shortages at municipalities, increase access to water for rural areas – and enhance water supply to industries and mines.
This will in turn impact the livelihoods of our communities positively, stimulate the economy and contribute to the creation of new jobs – in the area we serve. Details about all the projects that form part of this major expansion – can be found on pages 39 to 40 of our annual report. Click here to download the annual report…
The Magalies Water Capital Investment Committee approved plans for a dedicated contact centre – to streamline queries from all our stakeholders. The contact centre is expected to be completed in 2016. The new centralised contact centre will be purposefully designed to enhance interaction between Magalies Water and all its stakeholders; improve their overall experience with us – and streamline queries.
The practical implication of it is that any query will be handled, tracked, resolved and reported on – from one single contact point. This is just another illustration of Magalies Water’s commitment to place our customers at the heart of our business.
